Harney Helping Organization for Personal Emergencies, H.H.O.P.E., was established in 1983 and has remained committed to serving the entire Harney County community with compassion, dignity, and hope.
For over four decades, we have stood as a safe space and a resource for individuals and families facing crisis, providing vital services without judgment and barriers.
HHOPE has been an asset to victims of domestic violence through advocacy and providing shelter for women and children who need to leave their current situation.
